I'm YB/ Yama, a queer Jamaican-American artist based on the east coast USA.When describing myself I also use digital illustrator, sewist and craft enthusiast interchangeably.I enjoy incorporating my love of magical superheroes, vintage toys, bright pastels in whatever I may be working on at the moment. As a hobbyist any and all support means a lot to me and is much appreciated!

I, the artist, hold all rights to the artwork I've created. You do not have the right to sell any form of my artwork as an NFT or submit my artwork to AI generator(s). Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of my artwork without my written permission is strictly prohibited.

I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time.
Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs.
The terms outlined here may vary slightly depending on the type of commission.
Payment & Fees
➜Paying For Your Commission
Payment is due in full upfront. I accept payment through my Ko-fi page exclusively. (USD)
The final product will only be delivered once I have received payment in full.
A rush fee will be charged for tight deadlines.➜Refund Policy & Cancellations
I reserve the right to cancel and refund your commission at any time.
You may not file a chargeback against me after you have given approval of the artwork.A full refund will only be available before I begin working on your commission. In the event of a project cancellation, you will not be refundedOnce the final product is approved, a full refund is not permitted.➜Additional Fees
Rush fees and exclusivity/NDA fees can be discussed with me directly.
Client Obligations
• Carefully read through the Terms of Service and Commission Process
• Maintain professional conduct throughout the commission process.
• Write in a clear and concise manner when filling out the commission form.
• Provide multiple clear reference images of the character/subject.
• Respond in a timely fashion.
• Assume responsibility for any important information and clear descriptions/references you fail to provide me that results in my inability to complete your commission to your full satisfaction.
Commission Process
Will NOT Draw
• Anything offensive (racism, homophobia, transphobia, incest, pedophilia etc.)
• NSFW (Some lewd or suggestive content may be okay)
• Major gore (dismemberment, organs/guts, heavy amounts of blood and injury, etc.)
• Certain media/fan content/etc

Timeline & Work Process
• The estimated timeline to receive your completed commission is between 2 - 6 weeks.• Sketch will be sent for approval before continuing the commission. I will accept one complete revision at the sketch stage.• WIPs will be sent via email throughout the commission process.• Sketch(s) and subsequent in-progress shots will initially be sent as low-res, watermarked images.• Deadlines must be agreed upon prior to the start of the commission.
Revision Policy
You can modify your commission at any time before I start working on the piece. You can upgrade or include additional add ons simply by paying the difference. You can even change the character information entirely. Just remember that I cannot provide refunds for downgrades.Once I start working on the piece, some changes become much more difficult to make. I’m happy to make minor modifications within reason. Larger changes may require additional fees, or a new commission.

I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media.
I reserve the right to stream, record, and upload videos of the creation of the artwork.Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.
The final product is strictly for your personal use only, unless you purchase commercial rights.You must credit and link back to me/tag me when sharing or using the commissioned work.➜You may use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:• Print the work for personal use.
• Crop and/or resize the image for use as an avatar, header, video thumbnail, etc.
• Use the artwork as reference for a study.
• Post the artwork on social media, with credit to me clearly visible.➜You may NOT use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:• Claim the artwork as yours.
• Remove my watermark/signature.
• Paint over, trace or otherwise alter the artwork in ways not covered under the allowed uses above.
• Color in my sketches or lineart.
• Use the commissioned piece in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.
Reproduce the work commercially without purchasing the rights from me.

Images are always sent as 300 DPI PNGs unless another resolution/file type is requested
